The Position
What this job includes
- up to 32% of truck gross revenue — currently about $0.75–$0.90 per mile depending on freight rates, miles, schedule and available loads
- Earnings generally $2,500–$3,300+ per week, up to $13,000+ per month at qualifying levels
- Approximately 3,000–3,700 miles per week depending on freight and operating conditions
- Weekly 34-hour restart-at-home options for qualifying positions
- OTR options for drivers who prefer staying out longer
- No escrow deduction for company drivers
- $150 qualifying layover pay
- $25 per hour qualifying detention pay
- Extra stop pay on qualifying multi-stop loads
- Bestpass tolling and PrePass weigh station bypass technology
- 2023–2027 Volvo and Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks, brand new dry van trailers
